Login to Repository

If you have been invited to join a study repository on SliceVault, you will receive an email with detailed login instructions. Please follow these steps carefully to access the repository.

1. Open a Web Browser

Open a web browser, preferably Google Chrome, on a PC, laptop, or Mac for the best experience. Accessing SliceVault on tablets or mobile devices is not recommended.

Go to the login page directly at https://login.slicevault.com, or visit slicevault.com and click Sign in in the top right corner.

3. Enter Credentials

Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, type in your account email and click the Forgot your password? link. You’ll receive an email within a few minutes with instructions to reset it.

4. Multi-Factor Authentication

After logging in, check your email for an authentication code and enter it in the provided field.

Note: The code is valid for 5 minutes. Your device will be remembered for 30 days, so you won’t need to enter an authentication code the next time you log in from the same device. Multi-factor authentication can be disabled by your trial administrator if necessary.

5. Select Study Repository

If you have access to only one study, you will be automatically redirected to your study repository after logging in. If you have access to multiple studies or hold multiple roles, select the desired study or role from the list, and you will be redirected to the chosen study repository.

Password Security

First-Time Login: First-time users are required to change their password upon initial login.

Regular Updates: All users will be prompted to update their password every 90 days.

Note: Make sure your password meets our Password Requirements.

Incorrect Username or Password

If the username or password is incorrect, an error notification will appear.

Account Suspension

After five failed login attempts, your account will be suspended for security purposes. If this happens, please contact your study sponsor on main study contact.

Cannot Log In Despite Correct Username and Password

If you are unable to log in even with the correct username and password, open your login email to verify that you are using the correct login URL.

Security Reminder

Always log out after completing your session, especially if you’re on a shared or public device.
