Remove Study Repository

SliceVault supports secure and irreversible deletion of study repositories when projects are complete.
This functionality is strictly controlled to protect against accidental or unauthorized removal of study data.

Understanding Deletion Policies and Permissions

• Only authorized users can request deletions of study repositories.
• Trial Administrators do not have the option to delete study repositories by default.
• To request deletion, contact contact@slicevault.com.
• After contacting support, you will be required to complete a Trial Removal Form before the deletion function is enabled.

Executing Deletion

Once the functionality is enabled, a Delete button will appear on the Trial Administration page.

1. Click Delete to start the process of deleting the trial.

1. To avoid accidental deletion, you must type the trial name in a confirmation field before the delete action is enabled.

Note: Deleting a study repository is an irreversible action. All associated data will be permanently removed from SliceVault servers, including:

• All uploaded images and files
• All metadata and form submissions
• All registered users for the study repository
• All audit log entries
