Forms

SliceVault uses electronic forms to capture structured study information, such as data transfer forms, QC checks, or reader assessments. All user types may be required to complete forms at different points in the workflow, though in most projects this responsibility primarily falls on Investigators, Quality Control Managers, and Readers.

Each form is designed to guide the user through protocol-specific data entry, with built-in validation checks that help ensure completeness and consistency. Completed forms become part of the study record and can be exported for reporting and analysis.
