Complete QC Check

The final QC step is to update the visit status from the Visit Dashboard after all required review work is complete.

The exact status choices depend on the configured workflow.

Typical Outcomes

• Approved by QC moves the visit to the next configured step.
• Rejected by QC sends the visit back for correction or rework.
• In studies with two QC steps, QC1 usually hands off to QC2 before Reader review begins.

If prompted, complete the electronic signature process before saving the status change.

Before You Finalize

Make sure all of the following are true:

• the visit is in your QC step
• every required QC form is complete
• any blocking queries are closed
