- Users can now complete and submit the Data Transfer Form (DTF) even if server-side image processing is still in progress. A clear indicator will notify users of pending processing, and statuses will update automatically once the process is complete.
- To reduce delays, investigators will now receive an automatic reminder email if a visit remains unsubmitted 23 hours after the data entry process begins. The email includes visit details and a direct link to the submission interface.
- A minor update to the patient list adds a visual indicator for unsubmitted visits, making it easier for investigators to identify and address incomplete submissions.
- Users are now automatically redirected to the Visit Dashboard after specifying a Patient ID during the upload process, streamlining workflows and reducing unnecessary clicks.
- The "Show/Hide Visit Status" button has been updated to display statuses for all visits associated with a patient, improving visibility and usability.
- Eligibility and enrollment status options have been removed from the "Save Patient" form unless specifically required by project settings. This update simplifies the form and reduces unnecessary inputs.

- You can now define custom, project-specific DICOM de-identification rules to override the default settings, enabling the retention of specific DICOM tags as required by your workflows.
- We've added functionality to manage and document patient eligibility within the system. Upon confirming a patient's eligibility, an email notification is automatically sent to the investigator.
- Users with the new Visit Administrator role can now edit Visit IDs and change visit statuses even after submission and approval, providing greater flexibility to correct errors and manage visits effectively.
- To improve usability for readers, we've introduced an Independent Review role that allows for independent reviews without blinding the visit names.
- QC users can now reject visits prior to completing required checklists, streamlining workflows and allowing for more efficient handling of submissions.
- We've implemented adjudication functionalities to support sequential read workflows in trials requiring adjudication, including an Adjudication user role and tailored notification processes.
- Users are now required to provide a specific reason when unlocking locked forms, which is recorded in the audit trail to enhance accountability and transparency.
- Forms now support custom validation rules across multiple input fields, enabling more complex data validation scenarios to ensure data accuracy.
