Advanced Settings
Most projects will only use a few of these settings. The important thing is not to know the setting names in advance, but to tell us which special behaviour you need. We can then recommend the right configuration.
The table below lists the main optional project settings that may be relevant during setup.

| UnrestrictedUserRoles | DISABLE | Allows trial admins to assign any extra roles to all users without restriction. |
| HideNonAccessVisits | DISABLE | Hides visits for users with restricted access. If disabled, those visits can still be shown but unavailable. |
| DTFIncludeFormChanged | DISABLE | Controls whether form-changed information is included in the DTF report. |
| DTFIncludeDocumentCreated | DISABLE | Controls whether document-created information is included in the DTF report. |
| ExternalTrackingReport | blank unless used | Defines which field IDs are included in the image submission report. Leave blank to disable it. |
| InternalTrackingReport | blank unless used | Defines which field IDs are included in the internal tracking report. Leave blank to disable it. |
| ExportTransferSyntaxUID | DISABLE | If enabled, converts exports to Explicit Little Endian. If disabled, exports keep the uploaded transfer syntax. |
| AutoProgressToReader | ENABLE | If enabled, visits move automatically to reader review after QC approval. If disabled, the send to reader step is manual. |
| UploadOnlyOnRequest | DISABLE | If enabled, users cannot start upload manually and can only upload on request. |
What We Need From You
If any of these settings matter for your study, the easiest approach is to describe the behaviour you want rather than the internal setting name. For example, tell us if users should see study date, if some visits should be hidden for certain roles, if QC approval should automatically send visits to readers, or if you need e-signature, tracking reports, OCR redaction, eligibility review, or upload restrictions.
