Why Can’t I Approve the Visit?
If SliceVault does not let you move the visit forward, the visit usually still has a required QC task that has not been completed.
Most Common Causes
- The QC form is still incomplete.
- One or more queries are still open.
- The visit is not currently in the QC step assigned to you.
- The study requires an electronic signature process before final approval.
Check These Steps
- Confirm that the visit is a yellow square in the repository and is ready for your review.
- Open Preview Image and complete every required QC form field.
- Return to the Visit Dashboard and confirm that all queries are closed.
- Try the visit status change again.
